Lately I have been Bible Doctrine: Essential Teachings of the Christian Faith by Wayne Grudem as part of VLI. In Chapter 13 he deals with the ‘original sin’ or as he likes to call it ‘inherited sin’. In fact, I would rank it right up there by Schlock Mercenary. It is that good! This is great – only, I am suppose to figure out who I want to sit under and for what reason… =/
I know I want to [...] Good news – we moved 90% of our stuff out of our house in Boise. It is all sitting in a barn in Emmett (a town northwest of Boise) waiting to be moved into the house in Sweet. The only 10% will be moved out on August 5th as we have to be [...] Original sin – this is a term the church often throws around. This means we can sell the house to the second buyer – who is in much better financial shape, has a good reputation with our lawyer, and is willing to close on Aug [...] This weekend brought about a ton of changes: 1) I messed my knee up on 10 mile GPS hike with the US Forest Service. It is nothing to serious, the glands in my knee swelled up causing a lot of fluid in my knee. I have it in [...] Or, more actually, we accepted an offer to buy the house. We signed a temporary contract… the official one will be written up on Tuesday at the lawyer’s office. The buyer still has to complete his financing before we can close.
